Yes. Files with .heic and .heif extensions are accepted. A damaged or unsupported HEIF variant can still fail to decode.
Can I convert iPhone photos on Windows?
Yes, choose your HEIC files in a modern browser. The converter downloads a decoder when needed; the photos themselves are processed locally.
Why is my 48-megapixel photo rejected?
The decoded-image limit is 40 megapixels, even if the file is under 50 MB. Export a smaller original or use a desktop editor for full-resolution processing.
Will dates and GPS coordinates remain in the JPG?
Embedded EXIF metadata is not copied. Keep the original when you need camera settings, location, or capture timestamps.
Are my images uploaded?
